1. To offer courses and programs to secondary school students and young adults to help them prepare for advanced education and professional development.

2. To establish continuous learning pathways for students so that they may continue their education up to university level, e.g. from foundation courses and university preparatory courses to Bachelor Degrees.

3. To form partnership with local professional associations to offer Arts & Design, IT and Business training programs to young adults for career development.

4. To offer advanced training courses to professionals in the field to enhance their technical and management skill sets for further career advancement.

5. To collaborate with overseas institutions to run professional and university level education programs in Hong Kong to help local students to obtain internationally recognized qualifications.
